They pretty much want you to buy their product for $29 bucks. Then YOU turn around and sell that same product to some one else for $29 bucks and so forth. The more you sell the more you make. Is it a chain? It depends on what you are promoting, if what you are selling is useful and in demand then it may not be a chain or scam...you need to do your research, do not take out your credit card and fork over your hard earned money with out doing research on the product and company.
