I would personally send an invoice asking them to arrange for payment to be made by the end of the week - that gives them plenty of time to pay up and if they don t you should open a case.However, you are well within your rights to use the resolution center after 4 days and they can have no complaints so do it this way if you don t want to wait until the end of the week.People don t pay for all sorts of reason - I had a buyer recently who delayed payment for 2 weeks because he was in hospital! Now of course there s no way of knowing if he s lying but it could potentially be true. Most are just forgetful or just change their minds and don t want the item. It is a massive pain though, they should pay straight away.Good luck.
Did you send the item? Rule number one for Ebay is if you don t get the money, don t send the item. I never use anything but paypal since it avoids all these headaches and never buy from anyone without a 95% positive rating.
