Is it legal for a company to deny services without showing cause? -

I am trying to subscribe to a load posting site for transportation companies and have been repeatedly denied without cause. It seems to be an infringement of my rights. Am I wrong?

What rights? The only right involved in this situation is the right for the company to conduct its business. If it decides to deny its services to you for no reason, then you re just out of luck--you have no right to force them to do business with you.

The other posters are 99% right. If you can prove you were denied service because of your race, religion, sexual preference... then you could win a lawsuit against them. It could take 5-10 years and cost you thousands of dollars in legal fees but eventually they will post your ad.

You are wrong. Unless it s a publically owned facility, like a hospital, they can deny you services for any reason or no reason at all.
