Do restaurants have to have 2 restrooms? -

Its small, 480 sq ft. More a coffee house than a restaurant. The state is Utah. Can we get away with one restroom?

We have plenty of cafes that don t. Only one disabled rest room.

Contact your state s Board of Health for an accurate answer. I know it will have to be handicap accessible, but I am not sure of your state s regulations on the matter.
