I want to start my own shop..? -

I m nearly 16 so I know I can t until I ve saved up money but I really want to set up a small shop. I want to sell little bits and bobs like a gift shop or decorations. I love shopping in little places like that and it made me think of setting up my own business but I ve no idea where to start or how much money I would need.

Take a class in starting your own business. You will learn how to set up a business plan and much that you need to know to start your own business.

Hello BethIf you re in the UK, contact your local Business Link. They have lots of free information and advice on starting up. They also run a free seminar on the subject which takes you through everything you need to think about. Once you decide to go ahead, they usually assign you an advisor who you can ask for further help.Good luck!Rosemary
