i guess customer service skills, they will give you the job. Do you speak Spanish? then you will get it right away. The requirements are pretty basic like smiling, being kind to people, be helpful. Just remember, be on time always and don t pay attention to nasty co-workers and specially if you get an asshol*e boss, just don t pay attention to him when he is in bad mood and turn around and say you need to go to the bathroom , don t take things personally.
