Microsoft Office Online has free resume templates you can use. They even have job-specific resume templates to make it easier. You just download the templates to your computer and fill them out.
If you go to your local Employment Development Office (the Unemployment Office), they have a free program there that you can do it at. It is a state thing and is not available on regular internet. But, it will save you a ton of money.
