I do I find out where the buyer lives and what do I tell the people at UPS, when I want to ship it?

Login to your Ebay account. The answer should be there.

I usually just get their address from PayPal when I get ready to ship. You can set up PayPal to let you print postage or a UPS label, which comes out with the address on it. In eBay, go to the product page while logged in and click for transaction details.
