What do you use Postal Orders for? -

I work for the Post Office and would like to know how to improve the product.

Postal orders are used as payment for fee/ security for small tenders/admission in govt. institutes.Any form of small transactions are possible with postal orders but the time involved in going to post office refund process for unused p.orders is a hassel which makes them unpopular.
