Writing a termination letter for an employee? -

Basic run down, we are small business owners and two of our employees showed up at out store drunk last Saturday night and verbally assaulted my husband and tried to instigate a fight where three guys they brought along ended up jumping on my husband. Of course they are fired, but how do I put this in a letter to keep it short and to the point. BTW, he will be filing a police report by the end of the week.

Due to the drunk and disorderly circumstances of November 21 at approximately ( :00 pm) the following employees:1.2. have been terminated and their pay is withheld until further investigations are made by the City Police
