No flat rates....... Yet it depend on what the size of your package (it could be freight..) Best deals on shipping if you are in USA, Canada, or UK is with the postal service (EMS).. USPS in US.. they have the best rates for shipping to australia (30-50% cheaper).. Have a great day ..
