I want to own my own chiropractic practice, how would i reach my customers and make them grow? -

What is going to set your company apart from your competitors? help me with this a business and marketing stratgey please.

First off, a website to create an online presence and start building your IMAGE, and I am not just saying that because I am a website designer. Most people search online for what they want, and if you are not there, you just lost a prospect. Multiply that by tens of thousands. Then, a search engine marketing plan in place. Target words that prospective clients will be looking for. With the assistance, you can use Google to get you a bunch of clients.Newsletters - share healthy tips via email. If you don t want to do a website yet, just do a blog, that s much easier, and you can have people sign up to receive weekly or monthly tips.Flyers - you can send some flyers to a few of your target cities.Know your Target - for example, if you will target elderly people; maybe you can have a free four hour clinic at a neighborhood Home for the elderly. Its a great way to build a relationship, confidence and loyalty.Lastly, I got in an accident last year and someone called me from a lawyers office about a suit, and had me go to this chiropractor. At first, I thought they were ambulance chasers... but after working with the chiropractor for more than 5 months; I came to realize that he did a lot of things to show he cared. His office staff would call me every now and then to make sure I was not in pain. The doctor himself called on a few occasions. Then he had a class, talking about good health and how to keep my spine healthy. Overall, on most of my visits, he talked about being healthy, which really annoyed me sometimes. However, it has been almost a year now, and every time I think of chiropractor, or someone I know needs one, he comes to mind. I guess, that personal touch is what you would call that.Good luck!

Hummm - my chiropractor has saved my butt over and over. He works on a lot of the local contractors - and if we get hurt, we just lay down the tools and head for his office - no call ahead or anything. THAT is the handiest thing about the guy. He fits us in as he can. You can have other things available there - massage - acupuncture - cranio-sacral massage work. You ll end up getting asked about everything from baldness to pigeon toes. But it s tough to know how to stick out and get noticed. I ve actually seen one chiropractor fail in his business and close up - not sure what happened to him. Advertising - like on tv - but you sure don t want to make real extravagant claims. One idea is to see what the market is - how much a visit costs - and try to stay just under that all the time. But your office and machines have to be supported. So it s hard to know what you can do - but you sure don t want to start into business and fail at it. That would have to be a huge bummer!!!
