Is there a market for crepe restaurants/bars? -

Would you regularly visit a crepe restaurant if one were to open in your local town? I have an idea, after watching a television program for 2 men, who successfully opened a crepe restaurant. What do you think?

As you said it in between your words.. It depend on your location, Town, and customers .. Is it conservative area, up-scale ?? or just regular worker people.. The location and customers who has money and open mind, and have money to try .. It will also depend on your budget, capital money , experience, and your service people ......
