Do U need a license to have a bake sale for a fundraiser? -

Me and my friend Miranda want to have a bake sale for Noah s Wish its and organization that helps animals. We just want to have a fundraiser do we need to have a business license for just that?

MADDIEMy sisters and their friends do the same type of things, and have been doing it for years, and never get a permit,for soccar, little league, etc.Moreover, at my church bake sales, nobody has ever had to get a permit.At schools know one gets permits, that I know of.I think you are okay...wait until some says something ........Have fun.
