You don t need any license as far as I know. It s very hard to get approved for any sort of credit card processing, and I think Paypal prohibits this as well. But as long as you re not selling tobacco, there s nothing additional from any online retailer that needs to be done.
I don t think you need any other type of license, unless you re actually selling tobacco.
