What are the uses of an Buisness email? -

We have a small company 40 employees which provides electrical and software services.We till recently operated through word of mouth. But as we refer the company name to others, they are asking for the company website or email as they are not able to find the company reference online, we currently do not have a website.Currently we are not considering setting up a business website.My main consideration right now is to get the company turn up on online search results, will having a business email help? or is it compulsory to have a website just for namesake?We only need one email account for the company and no need of individual email accounts.If having a business email will turn up the company name and services in search results then I would like to know which is preferable to have a business email like if we bought a package from yahoo say for 10$/month and 25$ activation or custom mailbox 34.95$/yearAny suggestions like if you know any other better service providers, please informThank you.
