In case you want to by a house please apply for loan in a bank.The papers/ documents required are- 1. Proof of identity 2. proof of residence 3. sale agreement or allotment letter as the case may be. 4. 2 years Income tax return. or form 16. 5. Six months bank account statement. The property should be freehold. etc.
