What place of business can I give for a partnership deed? -

For starting a partnership, we need to give a place of business. We don t have any premises, so is it okay to give a place of residence in the deed? Also, can a limited liability clause be included in the deed? (As per Indian laws)

s u can give ur residance as place of buisness....if u establish a Limited concern it means the clause what u want.. its per indian law
