Hey do i need a licence to sell ed hardy in the uk? -

i want to start an online business selling ed hardy t shirts and other branded products do i need a licence and does anyone no a good place to get REAL branded wholesale for cheap such as, CK, armani, ed hardy etc..all answers welcome and very appreciated :)
