first, that s not a bunch of crap , it s how that system works. second, get the seller to send you the tracking number. every ups parcel gets one, if he really used ups, you ll get one, if not and he s lying to you, you need to proceed w/ a claim.
You said this was shipped by United States Postal Service. In that case, unless the seller sent it by a way that required a tracking #, it may not have a number at all. USPS shipments don t all have one.I suggest you go back to the seller, and find out:1. Did he send it by a method that used tracking #s?2. If so, you need the number.3. If not, then I believe he owes you a refund if he shipped it 3 weeks ago., or you could file. a claim. But also, if this was coming from the US to Canada, that could throw another interesting twist in the problem. I think the seller needs to be a good businessperson and get you some answers.
