Has anyone done business with Express Home Solutions out of Garden City, NY? -

My parents talked to this guy from Express Home Solutions that s based in Garden City, NY about help with modifying their home loan and such. They wanted me to research the company to make sure it wasn t any kind of scam set up before they did anything with them, but I can t find much. There seems to be another company with the same name out of Texas, but I don t know if they re the same people. Has anyone dealt with this company or heard anything about them? Any help would be great! Thanks.

I don t know anything about this company but when I Googled the name, the first site that comes up is Rip off report so I d be leary. There are many scam companies out there right now who will take the money up front not do much for it. Your parents don t need to hire anyone to help modify their mortgage.
