Get a job, vagrant.
There is only one thing to do---get a job doing anything at all, save $650 and then pay for your study. How much you ll earn as a bartender or how quickly you ll be good for the money has nothing to do with getting the tuition money together. If the course of study is important to you, you know what you have to do.
Things I look for in a business are free or low cost to join, free or low cost to run, some level of training and/or support, a website or information on how to create one, and a simple duplicatable business success system. The company and people should support and train you because when you make money they make money. I really like businesses that can be run part time, from home, and online.
