Can I disclose to another business a clients payment history? -

A client has taken my design work and skipped on the bill. I m currently sending her to collections. I m pretty sure I m the 3rd designer she has done this too and want to warn a designer friend of mine to be ware if this client calls her. Can I warn designer friends in my area about her? Can I ask the other two designers if she skipped on their bills too?
