i wana start IT Support Business, i have only the Mobile numbers of the users who use DSL connections 70% of the People are layman abt computers how shud i start to tell them if they need any help then contact me, shud i send TExt msgs to their mobile or call them suggestions will be highly appreciated

I d say start with a professional looking website to refer to. That way they will be able to see that you know what you are talking about. Also be very sure to follow all the spam and privacy laws etc. Do not contact them with details unless you have their permission to do so.
