Hard work sustained over a long period of time.
The biggest thing ive found that helps with success is being well informed and being willing to admit when you are wrong or need help. I know a lot of people might say the key to success is confidence but if your confident when you really shouldn t be you just look cocky and stupid. Success comes from knowing your audience, knowing what your talking about, and WHEN YOU KNOW presenting yourself in a way that says I m intelligent, I am well informed and I know what I am doing. Also, if your not willing to occasionally ask someone for help, again, all you will be is cocky and stupid to your peers. No one knows everything and anyone who acts like they do is just asking for trouble.Just my opinion!
