Depends on the business. If you provide a service (wedding photography, catering, car repair, etc) you will want a form contract to use to negotiate with clients. These will have blank spaces to be filled in for each customer. Advertising contracts with broadcast/print media, mailers and other advertising methods (billboards, park benches, etc) will be provided by the company handling your advertising.If you are selling memberships to a spa or fitness center, you will want a form contract outlining all the rules and requirements.
