Where can you get capital without any assets banks are a no go and the sba offers little help? -

I have a Business idea that will require about 500,000 to one million and at the moment have no assets no credit and no money? Of course it s impossible but even if i did have lets say good credit and 10,000 dollars it would still be impossible so what to do I want my Business to work so I can be free.Ive heard of angel investors but they want like 40 70% control and only invest in larger companies that have a track record this is insane the world we live in

Unfortunately that is the way it is. Because of all the unsecured loans that have been given out in the past, it has made it very difficult to fine money for businesses today. I own a company that invests into smaller businesses but the main thing I am looking for is, WHEN DO IT GET MONEY BACK. This is what anyone that is willing to invest is looking for. Unfortunately you may have a great idea but if someone has the money, they have the power. It is rear we invest in company do not take at min of 51%, this is protection against my money. On thing your may think of doing, if you are friendly with you bank - ask the bank manager if he knows of any angle investors, not all want an arm and leg - these are people that are willing to invest into things the bank may not be comfortable investing in. (They are usually friends with the bank and tell the bank to send people their way) This is how I started, and how I repay the people that helped me get to where I am today. The money you are asking for - is going towards buying equipment of inventory? Be very careful sending anyone your information or ideas - a confidentiality and nondisclosure should be signed first, even for free advise. Good Luck

We all have great ideas but unlike you, we don t expect someone else to take all the risk if it fails but none of the reward if it works. If your idea is so great, get your parents and friends to loan you the money and pay them a pittance if you are successful but lose all their money if you fail.

No, it s perfectly sane. You just feel entitled. Get over it.

How Do I Get A Letter Post Marked To A Past Date? -

I m entering a film competition. I ve been working on this film for MONTHS. And I JUST missed the postmark deadline by ONE DAY for my submission. What do I do/ where do I go/ who do I bribe (Just kidding) in order to get my letter postmarked for yesterday? is it possible?

You can t. It s not possible. The USPS is run by the government and won t do it for you. You can plead to the organizers to let you in, but other than that? Not going to happen.

You can really backdate any piece of mail, but you can obscure the date by placing a dozen or so stamps where the date cancelling stamp goes You get a bunch of low value stamps and cover the entire 4 inches from top right right side with them. Good Luck!

Use Einstein Express (an old Saturday Night Live fake commercial), an express courier service that handles late-arriving packages by literally sending them back in time to the desired arrival date. The slogan: When it absolutely, positively has to be there the day before yesterday.

How much would this cost to start? 10 pts? -

Im trying to start a non-profit semi adult football team. How much would this cost?

There is nowhere near enough information there to answer your question. You need to do a financial analysis of what you need to start up and how much each thing you need costs: are you starting a league, or just a team? What other teams is your team going to play? Is there an established league already with other teams? Ask them how much it costs to start. Does the league have registration fees? Are you buying equipment and uniforms? Used or new? Are you going to need any paid staff? Do you need to rent a field to practice on, or can you get one for free? Do you need a bus for transport? How much and what type of insurance do you need/want? What does semi adult mean? Touch or tackle? Where are you planning on getting the money?A consultant would want to sit with you while you go into excruciating detail about what you are looking for, what your expectations are, what your plan is, what you want to get out of this endeavor, and then put together a plan to accomplish your goals, including a financial plan. Without knowing a lot more detail about your expectations and your idea, it would be impossible to come up with a number.

It would depend on your state.Try going to IRS.govYou will need to fill out the 501(c)(3) application and mail it into your local IRS..It will cost as low as $288 to $500 to file this and get everything started..Here is a website that might help..http://www.501c3.org/501c3_process.html

Ebay, Non Paying Bidder? -

I sold a Buy It Now item, and the buyer was someone with 0% feedback and had just joined that day. I ve never had any problems at all in my 5 years of selling, so I just hoped for the best and hoped that they would pay. After about 3 or 4 days, I had heard nothing, so I invoiced them. A couple of days later, I sent them a message saying that I had sent an invoice and asked them how they were going to pay, and also saying that I realised they were new to eBay and to get in touch if they required any help.Still no reply after 7 days, so I opened an unpaid item dispute. The next day I received a reply from them saying that they didn t mean to buy the item, that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I don t know whether they re at it, or if they re just a bit daft, but now I just want to be able to relist the item and obviously get my fees credited. I want to be able to close the case, but if I state that we ve agreed not to complete the transaction, I would have to rely on the buyer agreeing (which I don t know if they ll do because they either don t have a clue, or they re just at it). What s the best way of dealing with this? Should I just leave the case opened for 7 days, and that way I know I ll get my FVF back?

Leave the case open , at the end of the day the buyer will get an unpaid item strike and you will be able to leave negative feedback and then perhaps it will stop another seller wasting their time with them

Just close the case confirming that the buyer ordered by mistake and cancel the order so that you do not have to pay the Ebay fee. The buyer will receive a message to that effect and should confirm
