I am trying to start an online store and was wondering what i could sell that would sell really good? -
Contact all the art students at local high schools and colleges. Offer to sell their artwork and split the proceeds 50-50. You will never have to pay for inventory. You can set up a table at sporting events or concerts. Or sell online. A lot of beautiful art is sitting in basements and storage rooms.

Is It legal to start a charity if you are 12 years old and if it is what would be some good ideas to collect? -
You can t start any business if you are under the age of 18 - you are not old enough to sign contracts, which rules you out for a few years. In any case, you have the cart before the horse here. First you have to have a goal in mind about what particular issue you wish to form a nonprofit to help and find out if any other organizations already exist that serve that population. You will need a good idea of the scope of the problem that you want to address, and a solution in mind before you can even start to establish a nonprofit, or any business for that matter. If you are interested in charitable works, you should find a local charity that supports a cause that interests you, and volunteer there so that you can help the organization and get an indea of the work and effort that is involved in running, funding, and promoting a charity before you consider starting your own.
lots of government paperwork needed to start an official non-profit charity

Im trying to do answer this question for my dog treat business? read below? -
Talk to your local Small Business Administration office. They are there to help you make your business real.First, figure out where you want to open your shop. You want an area where people have lots of money to spend on their pets. If you are not aiming for a pet boutique; how are customers going to buy your dog treats? Then you need to look at the health codes that will affect your business. If you have your kitchen making dog treats, do you have to keep it as clean as place making food for humans? Will pets be allowed in the shop? What requirements are needed for labeling the ingredients? Are you sure the treats are safe for animals? Do they need to be inspected by the state board of veterinarians? Realistically, how much money do you need to generate in a day to stay afloat? Rent, utilities, wages (you need to be paid), advertising, raw materials and cooking equipment need to be paid for. The smaller you can get this number, the better. Then you have to figure out how much each dog treat will have to generate.
