gymnastics gym? if thats what you would call it. i pretty much grew up around gymnastics and i did it for 8 years before i decided to quit. i still absolutely adore the sport and since im done actually doing it, i d like to look into opening and managing my own gym. how would i start with this? and where (which states) would i have the better chance of doing this? im only 17 and i might change my mind for this career as i graduate but i really want to look into it!

No you can not take his van. You gave him a loan based on the amount of work you expected to be able to provide, and you could not deliver. He is paying you back. You have no legal right to the van.

Are you talking about doubling your money in 2 months? Highly unlikely - especially if it s a startup business. If it were that simple, everyone would be doing it.Generally speaking, the greater the return, the greater the risk. If you want to make a quick 100% return, investing in a legitimate business is probably not where it s going to happen.
