I would not worry about that small stuff.work on selling your idea and product. you can be a sole proprietor until you get big enough.first step is to go get some customers. you need sandwhiches that are different than others. Why will we want to buy your sandwhiches vs the thousand already out there?

There are very cheap and reasonable hosting services for less than $5 a month like www.1and1.com with lots of features and options to help you on your way. Obtaining a company name, opening a bank account, filing government paperwork, etc. all cost at least something. Then, there are costs associated with getting the word out. I recommend having at least $500 to start, with at least $350 earmarked for marketing. Sell personal assets to start or borrow the money if you don t have it. Keep in mind even lenders would need to see a business plan (another expense unless you do it yourself).
