WHY federal? i need to start my business now, i have passed the Surveillance strategies test i have a certificate, i have also passed my Bail recovery i also have a certificate but i need to know about repossessions...i am fully insured

It is because you will sometimes cross state lines in the conducting of your duties. I would imagine you need to meet with FED LE or the dept of justice...

No company can get you a grant that doesn t exist. The US government has a site - http://www.grants.gov which lists available government grants.If you can find one for which you are eligible you can apply directly. The site also provide references for other places you might find assistance, if you don t qualify for a grant. Be advised, there are no grants that will pay your bills, finance your new business, etc. That is all hype.
