Looking to sell some stuff on ebay, would people actually buy it? -

ok, so i m looking to sell old clothes and bags and anything else i can find lying about just so i can make a little extra money for xmas. is it diffcult selling on ebay?any advice would be fabby :)

Hi.I ve been selling on eBay for years now and yes, I started by selling some of my clothes, bags, accessories that I no longer use. I still am selling these products along with products that I have bought from wholesale lots. It is true that if the item is branded, then, it ll most likely sell quicker than the others and at a higher bid price. The trick to making sure that your items will sell is by taking great pictures, creating a good and accurate description and of course, a good title! For more tips on how to make your listing attractive to potential buyers, check out this excellent article, http://www.salehoo.com/selling-on-ebay-a Also, pricing plays a big role on ensuring that your auction ends in a sale. You can try different pricing strategies suggested in the article.eBay selling is pretty easy and fun! Sales are even better on holidays. Since Christmas is almost here, we should all get ready for some great sales! Good luck!Cheers,Haydeep.s. eBay Help Pages has everything you need to know about selling on eBay so have a look in there.

Check it out, monitor a few sales.I hear baby clothes and special occasion/ designer wear sell well. You need to make sure everything is clean and in a good state [no buttons missing etc]Take care with your description, sizes, length of skirts, colour etc.Be honest!Take care to photogragh it well.Check the postage rates.Get proof of postage as well, there are few people who scam folk, that claim they didn t receive the goods ,when actually they did and get a refund.

Easy to sell on ebay if you have what folk want and if your prices are right. By the search button on ebay in small writing are the words advanced search . Click here and list your intended item. Click the box which states FINISHED or COMPLETED sales and run the search. With a few tweaks, you will find what similar things have sold for in the past. See how they have been advertised and copy! You could make a fortune - but it can be very hard work!

I would say there isn t much of a market for used clothes unless they re expensive designer clothes The cost of shipping usually cost more then the clothes sell for.

I think there are people would like to buy your products have try and see what will happen.

you would be surprised what people will buy on ebay if the price is right and condition is good

Is there any Genuine amp; real earning online site please reply as soon as possible.? -

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Typically most sites are scams but you CAN make money online rather easily. It s not typically a job but a pay for performance kind of thing. #1 thing done online to make money is affiliate marketing. Basically you review and sell products and then you make a cut of the profit. Sometimes up to 75%. It adds up pretty quickly. Find something your passionate about and figure out a way that you can monetize it. To work online you need to be pretty self motivated.

Ahhhh and again, jobs.? -

I might have asked this before, but I just want a job basically enough for gas and insurance on a car. My uncle does own his own dealership, he sells used cars. Is it possible for me to get a legitimate job long-term if it s a family owned business? Or is it all under the table work. What kinds of things could would I be doing if I could get a job. He s told me before I can work down there, I just don t know what I would be doing every day.

There s nothing wrong with working for a family-owned business. Many people do quite legitimately. If your uncle owns a used car dealership, he d probably have you selling used cars, or perhaps helping out with paperwork in the office. Why not ask him?As for status, getting paid under the table is illegal for any business, whether family owned or otherwise. So unless your uncle is a shady businessman and a tax-cheat, you shouldn t have to worry about getting paid under the table.

well under the table deal will finally catch up with you and when its time to do it the right way you could be stuck. If you just want to make money for gas and insurance i will point you out a link that will be helpful and that is just right check this out http://www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/samuellugalia

Why do people sell cloths for a penny on Ebay? -

i just want to know.. like is it a scam or most likely fake things ?!

It can be advantageous to start bidding out at (1) cent because it encourages more bids. Usually, depending on the nature of the item, the seller could be trying to make up the difference on the shipping charges. Generally speaking, it is against eBay policy to sell known fakes/knockoffs etc. As recently as maybe 18 mos ago, sellers were circumventing the eBay fee structure!. Let s say you had an item worth 10 bucks, but the item was small, and only cost 1 dollar to ship. The seller charges 9.99 shipping and sells the item for 1 cent! The TOTAL sale is 10 bucks..., but the seller pays ebay ZERO commission on the actual sale price of (1) cent item. The seller sold their item for 10 bucks, but paid no commission (fee) to eBay. More profit for the seller! eBay has cracked down on this somewhat, but it still happens quite frequently. Because of these types of fee circumvention techniques, eBay imposed limits on the amount of shipping that can be charged in certain categories. For instance; if you sell one DVD , the maximum amount of shipping charge that the system will accept is like 3 dollars. This is to prevent people from charging 14.99 to ship the DVD, and selling the item at a (1) cent sale price!

Could be that they re hoping people will bid the price up. Could be that they re fakes. Could be that they re hoping to make money on exorbitant shipping charges. Could be all of the above.

I would to work fund raising for charity .but most of the jobs i find you need a car and a driving licence .? -

Do really need one all are there some where i could do this kind of work in city centres without my own transport .

Most Charity shops operate with volunteer shop staff .. usually only the Manager is paid, however the Manager often has to pick up and drop off the volunteer staff and usually has to go pick up donated goods ... hence (I assume ) the expectation that you will have your own transport ..However, plainly Charities are different (and I m sure many operate different systems in different areas) so I suggest you actually apply direct to the Charity and ask them :-)

Suggestions? Ideas? Please Help? -

Okay guys I need some help on Business Ideas. i want to start a business that would give me alot of profit and not be that hard to start. Any suggestions of what is out there?

Have you looked into Scentsy or any of the other home based business companies? There are a lot of them out there that are low cost and really get you rolling into owning your own business. I m a Scentsy consultant and love it.Good luck! I hope you find something that works well for you.Lisa

Start your business on ebay, or on yahoo market place, you can start from scratch making ebooks (or other digital content) about 1) what you are passionate for 2) what you are expert in 3) both 1 and 2 - you have risks like any other business but here mr google can be your market analyzer, and virtually you can do evertything from your homely home.

If you are IT literate - you might want to consider setting up an IT Training Business. Training people on the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Software Packages)To minimize costs, you will do the Training on site. E,g Training Centres or Organisations (that have training facilities for their staff) This significantly reduces set up costs. (No Training centre to rent, no computers to buy) There is still a big market for peole who are learning IT - Some just trying to get into jobs, some need refresher training.I set up my small IT Training Business in 2001 and I m still running it now part-time. ~For more help, see link below.Best Wishes
