the buzz on the street these days is relationship salespeople. it s no longer products or pricing it s all the extra things you do that helps customers be better at who they are and what they do. If you are a dim wad you will have a hard time getting in to even see decision makers but if your approach is subtle and always focused on showing technology and innovations in products and can offer examples of success as you point out what doesn t work and what to stay away from so failure is not an often used word in ones vocabulary then you have a shot at selling success. But it s always more than just a smile and a good price. It s mirroring and pacing your pitch so the customer can hear you see what you are holding and feel it s worth or value. The underlying attention to detail and ones own resolve to not take people to the cleaners and (when it s more than apparent you can) force people to buy when buying is not the right thing to do. People might not buy from you if you point out why it s not in their best interest but when you do this and it s the truth these thankful people always give you referrals and you can sleep better at night

Buying competitors comapny name and he doesnt know it? -

A guy I hate owns a cab company that has had its registered name with the state expire a few months ago. I found out today and plan on registering the business name under mine tomarrow morning at the state capital as soon as they open. Do you think I can get in trouble if I tell google to take his phone number off google maps before telling him seeing that the names been expired for more than 5 months already, and do you think I can legally rent or sells the name to him if I so desire or should I just tell him to completely change his company name? Also, I am going to register the name as a limited liablitly corporation, so would that prevent him from being able to use the same name, even if he was to try to use it as an incorporated business?

Sounds perfectly legal to me. You may also want to trade mark the term, AND register its domain name, just to completely **** him off. Of course, he may have let it lapse because he s planning to get out of the business or change names. :)The problem is, if he s actually in the business, and you re NOT really in the business, just to annoy him, then the judge may decide that he really DOES own that trade name after all, and order you to give it back. But does he have enough $$$ to spend on lawyers? Or will he just pay you $$$ to go away? Hmmm... Risks and potential gains...

If he wanted to pursue it, he might be able to make a case with a judge that he still owns that name. So you might go through all of this for naught.Why are you letting him control your life this way? What sort of hold does he have on you that it keeps you from running your business and running all over town wasting time trying to irritate him? What I mean is the poor english language of the filipinos like in an interview for applying job. I m going to pass this research tomorrow. Please, I want your answers.

It s simply because they haven t taken courses on English. All languages are different. Different rules as far as syntax and structure. For example, white house in English is casa blanca in Spanish. Fat snake in English is el serpiento gordo in Spanish.I really don t know anything about the Filipino language - but my guess is that it just what I stated in my examples - different syntax rules (like adjectives coming after - not before words, stuff like that).
