Help with Rude Ebay Customer!? -

I sold a movie to a customer who claimed that the movie was not in the described condition because the reward points for the movie were not included. I told him about my guarantee and offered to do a full refund of the cost of the item and the shipping both ways, upon return shipment of the product.He sent me nasty rude messages about how he doesn t want to go to the post office. I then told him how you can pay through paypal, tape the postage on, and give it to his mail carrier to save him the trip.He then demanded a partial refund for the points. Now, those reward points aren t worth anything unless you buy like 100 movies. I offered him a $1 partial refund of the product.He just keeps yelling at me when I offer a solution and doesn t offer any of his own. His messages are very rude.Come to find out he never read the entire item description anyways which stated the condition of the item and my guarantee and how it works. He admitted it in a message.What should I do???

send him one final e-mail stating all the offers you have made. tell him this is his last chance and he needs to contact you infroming him which option he would like to take. also in this e-mail feel free to point out some of his statements, e.g. you have stated that you did not read the full description of the product, which stated the exact condition that i have sent it to you therefore i feel no obligation to refund your money or to make you any offers in regards to exchange however i have decided to put forth to you once and for all the offers that i have previously mentioned and if you choose not to respond within 24 hours i will consider the matter dropped and will no longer respond to your e-mails. if you clearly stated the correct condition of the movie then you are not to blame and he should not be entitled to any form or re-fund.inform him that the manner in which he has been contacting you is harassment and if he does not cease to contact you in a rude or impolite manner then you will take his e-mails to your local authority as you fully described the contidion of the item and you have done no wrong so you will be making a harassment complaint.

19 years old and my own bussiness? -

Hiii :)I would like to know your opinions please 3 ...So Im in college right now, one more semester and im done with my Associates Degree in Journalism/Public Relations, it seems like theres no job in the PR area ( where I live ) , right now i cant move to another city or town, but later I know i could... I would like to start my own little bussiness about what I love : photography. I want to do some photography ( like for schools, portraits, birthdays, parties, etc... ) but i dont know how to start, i also was thinking about take another 2 years at college majoring photography to get some more knowledge, buut i also want to finish my bachelor, soo is like i want to have my own bussiness in photography and creating videos for birthdays, weddings, activities, while i finish my bachelor in marketing/advertising... I know I can do it, but is like I dont have the money or resources to start =\ ... I wanted to make bussiness cards and delivery to restaurants, small bussiness, offices, newspapers, schools, church, etc then people would recognize my services.... Good luck to you! I think this is a great idea! I have not done photography but I started my own business teaching music when I couldn t find any other jobs. Your idea about business cards and so forth is great. Definitely do that. I would make up some flyers and post them anywhere you can like coffee shops, schools, anyplace with kids, bridal shops, etc. Depending on where you post your flyer, you can focus on a specific service such as birthdays. You might consider offering a discount or at least advertise great rates for a starting photographer. Maye say something like, YOU WORKED HARD TO GIVE HIM/HER THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER. NOW MAKE IT MEMORABLE! Photographer available for professional shots of your child s special moment. Fantastic rates!..etc. What about talking to your local recreation center - parks and recreation - to see if they would like to offer holiday pictures. You could set up a camera on a Saturday with a background of some sort and take pictures for five or ten dollars. This could help you promote your photograpy business and it may bring lots of people to meet you. Point of sales connected to online inventory/online-shop in real time? -

Do you know if there is any point of sales system that can connect to an online inventory? I have a small online shop with the same products I have in my store so I need to be able to automatically update my online-shop, right when I sell an item in my physical store, and viceversa. That way, my partner could check the inventory in a remote location and update our business inventory requests from a distant location. Does anybody have a clue about this kind of system? I ve been using MerchantOS for a while now and they re about to integrate with SmartEtailing and Shopify. I m not sure if that s what you d be looking for but MerchantOS is writing the code that integrates with the Ecommerce solutions.
