What type of business has customers ready and waiting? -

I m terrible at advertising. I m looking for something in which I get paid for delivering a good or service to waiting customers. IOW, Has to be in demand. I don t mind working hard, but trying to scare up demand nowadays is tough and I am not to good at that to begin with.

The Sex IndustryMoney Lending

This is not what you want to hear, and definitely won t be selected as a best answer - but I believe you need to invest time into your financial education before you go into business. The reason why is because even when a product is in high demand, it takes business skills to manage money and people. In fact, the second reason why businesses fail (1st one being lack of capital) is growing too fast, believe it or not. If you have a business that is too successful right from the start, it will be difficult for you to keep up with demand, because you may not have the manpower or the financial resources available to you at the right place and right time to expand. And that means the business will collapse on itself, because it is growing too fast, and a good, solid foundation hasn t been carefully constructed. As far as business ideas, I can think up anything that could be in high demand. For instance, most people s credit is really lowsy - and if you can offer to finance a product for them, they will buy from you versus anyone else who may require good credit. Examples of what you can do private financing on are: cars, boats, jewelry, real estate, appliances, furniture, and so on. The sky is the limit. If you can buy an old clunker for $500 dollars and owner finance it to someone for $500 dollars down and a remaining balance of $2,000 dollars with monthly payments of $100 bucks per month - then you made your money back right up front - plus cash flow $100 bucks per month. There are a number of things you can buy and privately finance to customers. Sometimes people desperately want things, but their credit stands in the way. There are specific businesses who cater to people with bad credit. It s just that bad credit people have to come up with some money down to make it worth your while. I do that with real estate all the time, and my phone lines are flooded with people who want to buy houses, but can t qualify. I can help people, regardless of their credit or financial situation. But more than anything, I think you need to read more books at the library, preferably Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, or anything by Robert Kiyosaki for that matter. He is a financial genius, in my opinion.

Open a funeral home in a small town. People will be dying to use your service.I ve asked for forgiveness for posting a joke this old.

There has to be money in owning storage units. You never need to advertise. If your in the phonebook, you ve got customers.

What is your Thoughts on a franchise owner who refuses to speak with a reporter? -

How do you start a store on amazon? -

Just looking for a good basic outline of the process in general, but any additional advice would be graciously appreciated, :)

Perhaps you could first work on your online etiquette, seeing as all of your answers are rude and troll-like.

Does anybody have a real success story with any make money staying at home jobs? -

I m curious if anyone either did or knows someone who actually made a decent amount of money with any of the many stay at home jobs you can find online.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Yes my cousin was unemployed for a year until he learned how to make solar panels. He makes them from home and then puts a add in the newspaper and Craig s list then he just delivers the solar panel. If they want him to install it he charges more. He actually has no Mechanical ability but its quite easy. Try www.solarpanelcarpentrybusiness.com

Can my employer make me work more than 25 hours if Im a part time employee? -

I m a student and I only want to work 25 hours a week but my employer is trying to make me work 40 hours a week, that gives me 15 hours a week less to study. I m in NY if it makes a difference

Assuming you are over the age of 16, you can lose your job if you refuse. The number of hours you want to work is your preference. An employer is not required by any law to ajust their schedule to your preferences. Employers are legally allowed to schedule employees for the times that they are needed. If you are not available, they can and probably will hire someone with more flexibility. According to the U.S. Department of Labor Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)http://www.dol.gov/whd/flsa/faq.htmHow many hours per day or per week can an employee work? The FLSA does not limit the number of hours per day or per week that employees aged 16 years and older can be required to work. How many hours is full-time employment? How many hours is part-time employment? The FLSA does not define full-time employment or part-time employment. This is a matter generally to be determined by the employer. Whether an employee is considered full-time or part-time does not change the application of the FLSA.

full time is 40 hrs...30 and under = part time...employers can make you do whatever they want as long as you work for them...if you ve signed something saying you re part time, no they can t make you work more hours. If you haven t signed anything, then you have to tell them NO, you can t work more hours. ( you aren t a slave, don t act like one..)

I believe that they can ask you to, but I am not familiar with your particular state laws. I would suggest trying to get someone else to pick up your shifts. Maybe some one who needs the money more than the time would be glad to. Put a note by the time clock or something like that saying what shifts you are trying to get covered.. Just an idea.

yes. you can even work 40 hrs consistently and still be considered part time. They don t wanna pay you benefits and whatnot, so you are classified as part time.

He can ask you to, and you can refuse. He can also fire you.

they can tell you to either work the hours they need you to or find another job

He is THE BOSS like it or lump it

Yes, they can make you.

I need my own banking website? -

I want to be able to have customers login to their account and see the balance, deposits and changes in the account history, just like a banking site. How can I make a customer account from a merchant point of view with this information... I need like something that customers can log into like a database... maybe???? IDK!! help please!

This is not the place you should be looking for the answer. This kind of log-in needs a very high level of security and you are not going to get an easy answer; especially here. You have to comply with various state and federal laws regarding the safety of your client s information and need a qualified consultant to guide you. Otherwise, one breech of security and your @ss is grass.
