Small Business in the States? -

I heard of a guy who would buy signs from overseas and sell them in the U.S.A. I am trying to get information on how I can find where to buy these sign and starting to do the same. If anyone knows how or where to start I would greatly appreciate any information. Thanks in advance. Peace!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what kind of signs? road signs? bathroom and exit signs? signs with business names? That would help to know in order to locate these people.
