It s not eBay, it s an individual seller.The seller clearly is trying to cheat Microsoft by selling either counterfeit software, software that is already registered or software intended for sale ONLY with a brand new computer.You will waste your money if you try to buy the software. MS has phone-home logic in their software and they ll know it s not a legal copy.
It s hot, or it s an unauthorized copy that you won t be able to get updates for. And if you ve used any version of windows, you know what I m talking about.
My cousin bought Vista on eBay for $25. It was just the box. No software at all. The listing never said it was the software so he was out $25. Buyer beware with eBay.
