What are the major threats to small business? -

Competitors, every rising costs, the change in VAT in January,there s a whole host of them but it really depends on what kind of business you meanthe weather is also a threat to many, trade for us always takes a downturn in bad weather

Bellow some of the threats that faces a small business:Cash flow, loans, financial oversight within the banking, accounting corporate, education key to job growth, the country financial problems, negotiating the debt with creditors and not choosing the right Commercial bank that fits your business.

The major threats are lack of work coming in and cash flow problems due to creditors not paying up on time. There are other smaller threats but the main problems are getting enough work in the first place and then getting paid for it on completion.

Losing key staff. Lack of money for investment. Cash flow. Overtrading. Competition. Loss of important customer. Litigation.

Big government.
