Whats needed to start your own Music Video Tv station? -

I want to run a small business thats a place where people can go to hang out. I want to have my own Music Video show that would constantly play music videos all day. I will just be like all those music video shows that you see on tv, but except It only plays at my business. What would I need to do this?
