May i know the procedure to open a account in citi bank? -

i don have pan card, voters id card, and D.L, but i want open account as soon as possible. right now i stay at my aunts house, can i give utility bill as my address proof? and will this be enough to open account? please let me know as soon as possible.

ask citibank they have wide discretion

You don t want an account with Citi. Believe me I regret getting a CC from them. My advice take your business somewhere other then Citi.
