However if you incorporate their logo, mascot, or anything else that would imply you are associated with UNC = NOT A GOOD IDEA. If UNC is my favorite team of all time, could i get in trouble if I name my company Tar-Heel Mobile Detailing? -
Just wanted to put Tar Heel Mobile detailing on the trailer and a big unc symbol is copyright infringement?
