Need Info for Ice Cream truck Business? -

I ve been searching for the laws and regulations in my city ( Palmdale,CA) with no avail. I got yelled @ by the police today for violating a law i didn t know about.( need to be @ least 100 ft from an intersection where one or both streets exceed 25 mph) Any Info would be xtremely helpful... Tips, Advice,, Websites,personal xperience, all is welcomed. Other laws i should look out for. Thanks!

Yes, here is my advice, take a trip to the Palmdale branch of the Department of Motor Vehicles and ask for traffic laws concerning the operation of your Ice Cream truck. Hours you may operate and what/where is off limits. (schools and businesses)
