What do you think I should do with this customer? -

last week she rang me to complain that the pizzas delivered to her is cold so I just said I ll make sure its hot this time, when it got to her door she told the driver that the manager said it was free and took it in.I thought first time fair enough.then today I wasnt here at work, she ordered , a different driver got to her door and tricked him that the manager said it was free, $50 dollars worth of food!is this robbery? a criminal offence? should I report it to the police?

Blacklist her. Whoever takes the next call from her should pass her to you. Explain that she s now had two free deliveries which should be more than adequate recompense for the one that she complained about. Either she pays for future orders or the delivery person will be instructed to leave without delivering the food to her. Do you accept credit card payments over the telephone so that you know you have her money before you send our your delivery person?Good luck!

You don t need to make a big deal of this - things like this happen in business. Simply stop delivering to her address. You have to take the hit for the $50, so just make sure that it doesn t happen again by blacklisting her.

Of sure she won t order from you anymore. She will order from an other supplier and cheat him as well.I m sure 100%.I had lots of clients like that.By now, you ve lost $50 and forget it.

No need to go to the police yetSay something to your manager about it as police would be jumping a step ahead

It s fraud.Let her know calls are recorded for business and customersafety.Or tell her to go elsewhere.

You are over complicating this. Simply refuse to serve her. End of story. End of problem.
