Any precautions about doing business in Malaysia? -

I have a US based business and someone from Malaysia wants to invest in it. He wants to close the investment in Malaysia. Anything I should be aware of, any government regulation I should know about?

Well, you gotta make sure the guy isn t a criminal or is making counterfeit money. Common sense. I can t help you any more than that. Sorry for my lack of knowledge on this subject.
