This is a very big question, not answerable in this forum. I can tell you that education (not necessarily formal) and experience are what will lead you to success. You may read about the 23 yr old wonder who made $14m, but those stories are far and few between. Those are sensational and easily make news headlines. Hard work and persistance will pay off. A McD franchise is well over $1m to open now and without years of multi chain fast food restaurant management experience and large net worth, it won t happen. There are other options, but with a franchise you are basically paying to become part of a proven system for success and they charge a premium for that. It is a shorter path, but more costly upfront.
Mc Donalds franchise is a HUGE investment. depending on what the demand is in your market there are cheaper franchises. I know postnet is fairly inexpensive.
