What keep a business open with out going out of business? -

There this bakery that recently opened up. It s not too far from my place (about a 20 minute drive) It s a Amish bakery. But w/ out amish people. They just have the recipes for the baked goods. (donuts, breads, cinnamon rolls, pies made from scratch, cookies and noodlesIt s in a small town. But they have a lot of traffic that goes north and south all day--- every day
