What is the name given to a person who cleans up at a store? -

at a restaurant i know it is called a busboy or something, but what do you call it when its just someone who cleans up after the workers, such as at a store like Subway

Subway workers and most fast food employees clean up after themselves, they don t hire janitors to clean. The stores are way to small to justify it.

That would be a janitor. But you can call them whatever you want if it s your business.
