Anyone a Mary Kay consultant out there? -

I am considering becoming a Mary Kay consultant. Does anyone have any advice/helpful tips for me?Thank you!!

I really like it--the one best piece of advice is thatIf you do this--THIS IS YOUR BUSINESSIf you don t work--YOU WON T GET PAIDif you do work and work well, YOU LL GET PAID WELLBut that said IT S A NUMBERS GAMElol like my allcaps?Also try some yahoo groups: GoGiveUnited is a great positive one!Also Pink_ConsultantsAlso go to a MK meeting vist several until you find a director/group that you like.if you don t know a MK consultant now--call up your country s home page and track down a few--you want to try to visit as many meetings a possible find a group you click with.Find a group with a good work ethic that is LIKE you but who will also encourage you! Not necessairly friends but collegeas who you can see working with long term...Seriously! And don t feel pressured to join under 1 person if you think she ll annoy the blank out of you! It s YOUR choice--CUSTOMER S Choice--yes we have the don t take consultants or customers away from another consultant but if YOU Change your mind--that is YOUR choice.OWN your responsibility to YOUR business and LEARN about how to make YOUR business better. Then DO IT and see the results. OR don t do it--but don t blame Mk or your team mates...it s YOu and YOUR work ethic and YOUR work load that is going to get you places.That s my big advice
