Follow following steps1- Those Govt. department or corporation where no application of IT prevailed in your state or surrounding submit proposal after study their working process showing how IT can make their working process speedy, accurate, timly and efficiantly.2- Those Govt. department or coporation where IT application introduced but not working efficiantly or performance is not satisfactor or due to some other reasons not working at all- Make proposal for rectification or outsourcing of those application.3- Those Govt. department or coporation where IT application introduced and working to their satisfaction try to submitt more efficiant and new innovation proposal.Above all always work in team, work hard with honesty to your profession.
