Any business related to travel, coffee shop, book shop and the shop is much suitable for the older. The travel shop that i can show related things during my trip, much local. coffee shop and book shop can be open together. it s must be a quiet place for reading, resting and learning sth. The shop for the older, actually open a space for lonely olders. they will find a space to chat.
Anything that you may like to do, don t open a business that you may not enjoy , you will be stuck withthe business for sometimes so make it enjoyable.Next, make sure that the business will sell, with the economy like it is, I am not recommending for you to open any business that required for the client to be spending a lot of money, the key for now is anything reachable by most people. We can not be selective this days.I bought and sell business world wide, I just bought a hotel in Greece, I made sure that the hotel willsell to most European tourist (Young people) and not the rich and famous.
I would personally open a medical clinic for the needy. I hate that there are people out there who cannot afford healthcare and therefore do not receive it. It wouldn t necessarily be a profitable business, but it would be a business. And if that didn t qualify for the business, I would probably open an interior design business.
I d go with something i knew about, and which i enjoy doing. For me, that would likely be a massage clinic of my own: i am training to be a massage therapist, so that would be absolutely wonderful: i could purchase or rent a nice place in a good location, and find a couple of physiotherapists and naturopathic doctors to be partners with and another massage clinician, and start a good business!!
You should concentrate on things which are always going to be needed.People will always need to eat, so selling affordable, everyday foods is usually a winner.People will always grow hair, and always want it cutting, because they can t do it themselves.
I d do real estate. Why? Because I can turn 50k into 150k in about 3 months and turn that 150k in 500k in under a year. But again... I know how to do that. Shoot me an e-mail if you re serious about your question.www.keenerinvesting.compatrick@keenerinvesting.com
